Deposits, Travel, and Cancellations

Holding a date. A deposit holds the truck. Until that lands the date stays open to whoever books it first, which in July matters more than you would think.

Travel. Anywhere in and around Whitehorse is included. Further out we add fuel and crew time, and we tell you that number before you commit — there is never a surprise line on the invoice.

Cancelling. More than two weeks out and the deposit comes back in full. Inside two weeks we will do our best to move you to another date rather than keep your money.

Weather. We cook in the rain. We have done it plenty. If conditions are genuinely unsafe we will call you early rather than leave you guessing.
